A rushed breakfast was not the best way to start the day! SOME GOOD NEWS - dining room staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. It was nearly 30 minutes late which was a problem as we had to still register for Red Son Winter Weekend and make a scheduled 9 am panel which we did by minutes. We were told they are sometimes late, some staff issues and no projected opening time. 5) dining room did not open as scheduled at 7:30 am. Next morning noticed a tv outage sign at front desk. Called to report and was told technical problems since 10 am. ![]() 1) Very slow check-in process with a clerk who said she was not familiar with this property.
